Customer support
Customer support that keeps the issue and context together.
A customer calling about a delayed order wants help with a specific problem. Use Swarit to design the conversation around that issue: find the relevant reference, answer from permitted information and carry the unresolved work to your support team. Use a guided workflow to collect the right details and business knowledge to answer the next question.

Start with the problem the customer describes
An Ahmedabad customer may explain in Gujarati that an order was due yesterday. Begin by understanding the problem and collecting the order reference. The information needed for a delivery enquiry differs from the information needed for a damaged item or a service outage.
Choose one support category for your first workflow. Define the references, questions and escalation rules your team uses today. A narrow, well-understood path is easier to review than an agent expected to resolve every issue at launch.
Separate identity from the reference number
An order number identifies a record; it does not necessarily establish the caller’s identity. Follow your business’s approved verification process before sharing account-specific information. Keep verification status visible in the handoff.
If the public conversation cannot perform the required verification or access the live record, collect the enquiry and route it for follow-up. Do not describe an account as verified because the caller knew a name, address or reference number.
Ground answers in the right information
Provide current support policies and approved troubleshooting guidance. Access to live order or account data depends on your configured systems and permissions. Generic knowledge about delivery policy cannot establish where a particular parcel is.
When a fact is missing, preserve the question. A refund, replacement, new delivery date or service restoration needs an authorized decision or confirmed action. Fluent speech should never turn an unresolved issue into an apparent resolution.
Make escalation useful to the next person
The record should contain the reported issue, relevant reference, checks completed, verification status and the customer’s preferred next contact. Include unanswered questions and any commitment your team has actually made.
Allow a caller to ask for a person. Your workflow should explain how that request reaches the team and what information accompanies it. Do not promise an immediate live transfer unless that route is configured and available.
Measure the quality of the handoff
Review whether support staff can understand the problem without asking the customer to repeat everything. Check references, quoted facts, escalation reasons and the distinction between requested and completed actions.
Try the Gujarati browser playground with an instruction to collect an order issue without inventing delivery status. For a configured deployment, bring Swarit your support policy, verification boundary and escalation record. Begin with one issue type, then use actual review findings to extend coverage.
Questions before you start
Can Swarit look up my orders?
Account-specific lookups depend on a supported integration, access controls and your verification process. A browser demo does not connect to your order system automatically.
Can the agent issue refunds?
Do not assume refund authority. Define permitted actions separately; the initial workflow can capture the request and route it to an authorized support team.
