Swarit Terms of Service

1. Agreement and Eligibility

By accessing or using Swarit, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use Swarit.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use Swarit.

If you are using Swarit on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Product Description

Swarit is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) AI platform providing workspace Chat and intelligence capabilities for research, content, audiences, leads, outreach, funnels, and feedback. Enterprise implementation is available.

Swarit is delivered online. Enterprise plans may include additional implementation options as agreed in a separate order form.

3. Accounts and Security

You must create an account to access Swarit. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at contact@vectortnotion.com of any unauthorized use or security breach.

4. Customer Inputs and Lawful Rights

You retain all rights to content, data, and materials you submit to Swarit (“Customer Inputs”).

You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to provide Customer Inputs and to grant the rights described in these Terms.

5. Acceptable Use

You may use Swarit only as permitted by law and these Terms.

You will not:

• Use Swarit for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes;
• Infringe, misappropriate, or violate any intellectual property or other rights of any person;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to Swarit or related systems;
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of Swarit;
• Use Swarit to develop competing products or services.

6. AI Output Limitations

Swarit uses AI and machine learning models. Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate.

You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying all outputs before relying on them.

Swarit is not designed for, and must not be used for, regulated or high-impact decisions (including but not limited to medical, legal, financial, or safety-critical matters) without independent human review.

7. Plans, Subscription, and Usage Charges

Swarit offers a recurring Free plan with 500 calls and 5,000 steps every month for everyone. The Free plan includes Hindi, English, and one regional language of your choice. It is free forever; it is not a time-limited trial.

Starter costs ₹4,999 per month and includes 1,500 calls and 15,000 steps per month. Growth costs ₹9,999 per month and includes 20,000 calls and 200,000 steps per month. Paid plans unlock all 12 supported languages. Enterprise pricing and call allowances are agreed separately. Details are available on the Pricing page.

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. Included allowances refresh monthly.

If you need more calls, contact us about a larger plan or an Enterprise agreement. Any additional usage charges must be stated in your agreed commercial terms.

8. Monthly Renewal

Paid subscriptions renew automatically each month unless cancelled in accordance with the Cancellation and Refund Policy. The Free plan has no subscription fee.

9. Taxes

Fees are exclusive of taxes. You are responsible for all applicable taxes, duties, and government charges.

10. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time as described in the Cancellation and Refund Policy.

Refunds, if any, are governed by the Cancellation and Refund Policy.

11. Intellectual Property and Feedback

We and our licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in and to Swarit, including all software, technology, and content (excluding Customer Inputs).

If you provide feedback or suggestions, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, modify, and incorporate them into Swarit without restriction.

12. Customer Data and License

You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, host, copy, process, transmit, and display Customer Inputs as necessary to provide and improve Swarit.

We do not claim ownership of your Customer Inputs.

13. Confidentiality

Each party agrees to keep confidential any non-public information received from the other party in connection with Swarit, except as required by law or as necessary to provide the service.

14. Third-Party Providers

Swarit may use third-party providers for AI models, cloud infrastructure, payment processing, and other services.

Your use of Swarit is subject to the terms and privacy practices of these providers.

15. Availability and Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue Swarit or any feature at any time, with or without notice.

We are not liable for any unavailability, modification, or discontinuation of Swarit.

16. Warranty Disclaimer

Swarit is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that Swarit will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vector Notion Digital and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of Swarit.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or Swarit will not exceed the amount paid by you to us for the service during the twelve months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

18. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by Indian law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vector Notion Digital and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of Swarit or your violation of these Terms.

19. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Swarit at any time if you violate these Terms or as required by law.

Upon termination, your right to use Swarit ceases immediately.

20. Data After Termination

After termination, we will handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and any applicable order form.

21. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

22. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page. Your continued use of Swarit after changes constitutes acceptance.
