Recruitment
Give recruiters a candidate brief they can use.
A recruiter’s first conversation should establish whether there is a relevant next conversation to have. Swarit helps staffing and recruitment teams collect job-related information in a consistent record, while leaving evaluation and hiring decisions with people. Use a guided workflow to collect the right details and business knowledge to answer the next question.

Start with one role and a clear question set
Choose a role or role family with requirements your recruiters can explain precisely. The first workflow might collect relevant skills, experience, work location preference and availability. Keep each question tied to the work and your recruitment process.
A generic interview script can collect a lot of text without helping the recruiter. Define which answers are necessary for a useful brief and which need a human conversation. Avoid collecting sensitive personal information unrelated to the role.
Use the job description as context
Give the agent the approved role description, working arrangement, location and process information. Candidates should be able to ask practical questions before agreeing to the next step.
If compensation, client identity or a requirement is not approved for disclosure, define the answer and handoff your recruiters want. Do not let the agent invent a salary, offer, start date or client commitment to maintain momentum.
Record what the candidate actually says
A guided workflow can capture skills, relevant experience, notice period, availability and interest in the role. Preserve uncertainty: “I have used it briefly” should not become a claim of expertise.
Language access can help a candidate explain their work more comfortably. Review the captured answers against the conversation, including names, dates and experience. Do not treat accent or speaking style as a substitute for job-related evidence.
Make the recruiter the decision owner
The handoff should distinguish a candidate’s reported experience from recruiter-verified information. Include unanswered questions and whether the candidate wants a follow-up. A completed brief is not an endorsement or a hiring decision.
Use your organization’s existing review process for assessment and selection. If the candidate asks to speak with a recruiter or declines a question, preserve that request and follow the agreed next step.
Pilot for brief quality
Review examples where a candidate has partial experience, needs clarification about the role, gives an uncertain notice period or declines further contact. Ask recruiters whether the record helps them prepare a fair, relevant follow-up.

For a configured workflow, share approved role information and your recruiter brief with Swarit. Start with one role family and measure completeness, accuracy and the clarification recruiters still need.
Questions before you start
Does the agent rank or reject applicants?
This workflow collects job-related information for recruiter review. Keep assessment and hiring decisions with your authorized recruitment team.
Can it explain the role to candidates?
It can answer from approved role information. Questions outside that information should be retained for the recruiter.
